Fortnite v43.00 Blitz Royale patch notes detail loot refresh, two One Piece

Epic Games published the official v43.00 Blitz Royale update notes on November 1, 2026, confirming a full loot refresh for the mode: seven new weapons, new healing items, a new mythic, a set of exotics, and two One Piece crossover consumables, the Gum-Gum Fruit and the Flame-Flame Fruit.

"Eat a fruit to gain its power," the Blitz Dev Team wrote. "There is one of each to be found per match."

That one-per-match cap applies to each Devil Fruit, making them the rarest pickups in the mode. The notes do not detail what either fruit does once eaten beyond granting its power.

Where every new item spawns

The update formalizes a rarity ladder across Blitz Royale's four loot containers. Battle Bus loadouts start at Uncommon or Rare and climb through Gold Chests, Gold Llamas, and Gold Supply Drops, which Epic lists by exact contents.

Container Contents in v43.00 Battle Bus Loadouts Uncommon or Rare weapons, Nami's Tangerine or Meat on a Stick, Shockwave Grenades as the pocket item Gold Chests New Epic-rarity weapons, Nami's Tangerine, Meat on a Stick, Zoro's Three Sword Style Gold Llamas Zoro's Three Sword Style plus three Exotics: A$AP Rocky's Shock Rocket, Super Flint-Knock Pistol, Sentinel Pump Shotgun Gold Supply Drops Legendary Tactical SMG, Usopp's Slingshot, Bundlebuss Repeater Rifle, Gilded Dragoon Shotgun; Mythic Sentinel Pump Shotgun and Mythic Hammer Assault Rifle

What leaves the pool

The refresh cuts as much as it adds. Gold Bars are vaulted, the Mask Maker Medallion is removed, and Supply Drops no longer drop exotics. Heavy and rocket ammo now appear more often, the notes state.

The notes apply to Blitz Royale only. Epic points players to a separate post for other fixes, improvements and known issues in v43.00, and the Blitz Royale notes give no in-game release time for the update.
